Every great journey begins with a launch point. We created LaunchPoint because too many young people graduate high school or college feeling unprepared for the real-world challenges ahead. From managing finances to navigating relationships, from planning a career path to handling personal responsibilities—these are the skills that shape independence and confidence.At LaunchPoint, we believe every young person has strengths worth building on. Our role isn’t to control the outcome—it’s to come alongside as a coach, mentor, and supporter, helping empower teens and young adults according to their own unique goals. We also understand the emotional rollercoaster parents face as they prepare to send their child “out into the wild.” That’s why we’re here to offer steady support to parents, and when needed, to help strengthen the parent–child relationship during this important transition.
Our Story
LaunchPoint was born out of a personal place: an aunt watching her nieces and nephews stand on the edge of adulthood, wishing she could offer them more than just encouragement from the sidelines. Out of that desire grew a vision—not only to support her own family, but to come alongside other families as well.In many ways, LaunchPoint is about being “an aunt” to the next generation, offering added guidance, care, and mentorship to help young people thrive while giving parents an ally in the process.
